• The Uni-Ram UG5000W is a dual tank spray gun washer combining an automatic solvent-side cleaner for primers and clear coat paints with a manual water-side cleaner for waterborne base paints. The solvent side (left) automatically washes, air flushes, and rinses two spray guns and hoses in under a minute, while the water side (right) manually flushes, brushes, and air-dries one waterborne spray gun at a time. Both tanks are constructed from 304 grade stainless steel.

  • Top-loading design cleans 2 spray guns in under 1 minute.
  • Wash timer activates a 4" dual-diaphragm pump that outputs 3.7 gallons of solvent per minute.
  • Flow-through brush, activated by a foot pedal and powered by a 2" dual-diaphragm pump with adjustable flow, removes hardened overspray from the spray gun.
  • Mounting adapters fit popular conventional and disposable cup systems to flush the paint channel.
  • 14 swirl action jets wash overspray from the exterior of the spray guns.
  • Automatic shut-off halts the pump immediately if the lid is raised during cleaning.
  • Stainless steel mesh filter keeps solvent clean and protects the diaphragm pump from debris.
  • Plastic cone prevents solvent from entering the gun's air passageway and maintains positive air flow.
  • Automatic fume extractor removes solvent fumes from the work area when the lid is raised.
