• High-build sprayable polyester creates an ultra-flat surface before priming and is suitable for bare steel, fiberglass, SMC, polypropylene, polyester putties, body fillers, and fully cured paint surfaces. It forms an easy-to-sand base for most paint systems after proper preparation.
• Features:
  • Mixes with 5 vol% liquid hardener by volume or 3 wt% by weight.
  • HVLP application uses a 2.0 to 3.0 mm gun tip at 30 psi.
  • Dry sanding range is P180 to P220; wet sanding is not recommended.
  • Working pot life is 45 to 60 minutes at 70 F.
  • Once sanded, it can be overcoated with most waterborne and solvent-borne paint systems; primer is required before topcoat application.
