• Special 17mm socket specifically designed for injectors and EGT sensors where it is impossible to fit a socket over the holding nut because a fuel line or EGT coupling is blocking it.  This socket has a cut out area where it can slip over and around the item in the way and has enough space so that the socket can rotate at least one turn. This tool is referenced by VW/Audi as the T40055 socket for the removal of the EGT sensor on VW/Audi vehicles. This tool is ideal for removal of the fuel injector lines on OM642 engines.
