Includes ratcheting pliers and 6 sizes of 1-1/2" wide compressor bands
Works either parallel or perpendicular to cylinder block
Instructions:
- Place band around piston, covering ring hook pliers into band
- Compress with band tightly around piston
- Insert piston into cylinder and tap lightly to install
