• The Lisle 40030 Brake Spring Bar is a tool used to replace brake shoes on heavy-duty tractor and trailer S-Cam brakes. The tool has a hook that is inserted into the retaining spring loop and then pressed down against the axle to remove the spring. This eliminates the need for wrenches, pry bars, and screwdrivers, making the job easier and faster. The tool is 18 inches long with a molded handle for comfort. It has a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance.
