• The LEDs used are of different wavelengths; all in the UV-A segment and are assembled along a line of reflectors studied and designed to achieve the fastest and most efficient drying results possible.The LEDs are controlled by an electronic board with a temperature control device that closes the electric power in the event of the device overheating due to prolonged or continuous use. The LEDs are installed on an aluminium support equipped with a heat sink, allowing prolonged use of the lamp also for drying several car panels in sequence.
• The UV-LEDTronic lamp has a radiation surface of 50 cm (20 “) and thanks to its size and shape, it is possible to dry small and large surfaces such as one or more car panels.
• Silicone protection is used for the LEDs and reflector to avoid that paint over spray and dust reduces the performance of the device over time. The silicone membrane protection is easily washable and replaceable in case of damage.
• To power on, simply press the button on the handle. The lamp has a one-minute automatic timer to give the operator additional radiation.  Simply press the button again to continue drying without waiting.
• The LED-tronic technology is the result of work done by Symach’s R&D division, from the study of the right wavelength for new generation UV coatings, to the LEDs used, to the mechanical design of the product and finally the performances obtained.  This product is a result of over 18-months of work that led to having a result with top-level performance, overcoming the barriers and the limits that until now have hindered the spread of this technology.
