The body-line roller is a specialty roller that helps reshape tight corners and restore the perfect shape to distorted body lines. Other uses for the Bumper Rollers include removing dents in sheet metal and for pressing sound deadening material into place.

• Use
  • Heat the bumper with a heat gun or infra-red lamp until the dented area is hot and pliable, taking care to not over-heat the bumper.
  • Select the shape roller that best fits the desired final contour.
  • Roll the main part of the dent out, then continue to work around the perimeter of stretched areas as needed.
  • Sand the outside of the bumper to identify high and low areas and repeat the process as needed until the desired shape is achieved.
