A: Clean the surface thoroughly with wax & grease remover, remove loose paint or rust, sand down to clean substrate, blow off and clean again. Mix Part B into Part A, add up to 24 drops of Part C accelerator per kit depending on ambient temperature, mix vigorously for 5 minutes and apply with spray gun (40-60 psi), roller or brush. One coat covers approx. 100-120 sq ft; allow flash time 30-60 minutes between coats if applying two coats.

Q: What is the work time or cure time for this coating?
A: At 72 °F (~22 °C), with no drops of Part C accelerator you have over 1 hour work time, tack-free in about 8-9 hours. With 24 drops of accelerator you have about 50 minutes work time and tack-free in 4-5 hours. Light-duty use can begin in approx. 2 days, full service in 3-7 days.
